Returns

Return Policy

All returns require an authorization number. This helps keep our inventory updated. Please call for your authorization number.

We will accept any stones shipped within the previous fifteen days for a full credit providing they have not been damaged, used or set.

A copy of the invoice must be sent back with the stone. Packaging returns is your responsibility. Stones need to be wrapped and protected to avoid damage.
